But It Wasn't Always That Way—
After many years of dealing with the consequences of my unhealthy lifestyle, I felt awful in every way possible.
I had zero energy, my joints were constantly aching and I recently had some heart issues start showing.
I was miserable and knew I was missing out on life and precious moments with my family and friends because of my poor physical health.
Seeing my reflection in the mirror made me feel embarrassed and disgusted. I had lost all self confidence.
I was constantly exhausted, craving unhealthy foods all the time, and could barely get up from a seated position.
Whenever I tried to get healthier, I would briefly lose a few pounds only to gain them right back again.
It was the worst!
My Saving Grace!
As luck would have it, my old friend Sarah was at our recent class reunion.
Sarah was never super fit, but I couldn't help notice how stunning and healthy she looked. Her skin was glowing, and her physique had clearly improved since the last time I had seen her.
As Sarah shared her amazing story of transformation with me, it went against everything I’ve heard about weight loss. She said she fought with her body for years, leading to decreased self-esteem and overall well-being. That sure sounded familiar to me!
Then she started using a unique rainforest technique that she learned about online, and was finally able to shed the stubborn inches from her waistline. She finally had a fighting chance to create a strong, toned body she was proud of.
She gave me the information for the video, and I was eager yet skeptical to watch it. It was all about a recipe from the Cambodian rainforest and its effects on 'metabolic flexibility'.
Metabolic flexibility is the flexibility in our metabolism. It's the body's ability to increase its calorie-burning rate as needed.
Kind of like the way a car can switch gears to go faster, this rainforest recipe revs up the metabolism to burn more calories throughout the day!

The New & Improved Me!

After watching the video, I took action, followed the simple steps and quickly saw results!
It's hard to express how wonderful it is to wake up knowing that my knees aren't going to ache just from getting out of bed.
Once the pounds start falling off it's so much easier to go for another walk. To blend up a delicious smoothie instead of trying to choke down a salad with a ton of dressing. Or to simply pass on the donut while out grabbing a morning coffee.
Now I wake up feeling refreshed and invigorated! Excited to see what else my mind and body can do.
My family and friends that would listen have all had great success, and I know that others will too!
Therefore, I'm sharing my story and encouraging anyone that has ever had trouble loosing the extra fat from their bodies to check out this simple rainforest recipe for themselves.
